The AAA construction roster of neutrals includes engineers, architects, developers, contractors, project managers, former judges, and attorneys with extensive experience in construction law. Inherent responsibilities of arbitrators selected for the role of a Neutral include neutrality, judicial capacity, reputation, and a strong commitment to the alternative dispute resolution process. Leta earned her B.A. from the University of Washington's Jackson School of International Studies in U.S. Foreign Affairs and Diplomacy, where she graduated with honors.
