Having spent many years in various areas of real estate, Carol Keddy is well versed in commercial and residential real estate lending and commercial development.

Carol's attention to detail and organizational skills enable her to efficiently manage the matters to which she is assigned. Prior to her real estate career, Carol spent more than ten years as a legal assistant specializing in business litigation and real estate. She spent another ten years with an investment advisory firm, managing complex private lending and financial transactions before leaving to spend two years as the developer's on-site representative for a high-rise condominium complex under construction, where she managed the completion of construction, unit sales, and management of the highly-serviced facility and its staff. Immediately prior to joining Jordan Ramis, she spent more than two years as a residential loan officer with a large Portland brokerage.

Carol is past president and founding member of Commercial Real Estate Women — Portland, formerly known as Women in Commercial Real Estate. She is certified as a professional legal secretary and has taught coursework for the National Association of Legal Secretaries.
