About

Carolyn is part of both the employment and litigation practice teams.  An experienced litigator in both state and federal courts, she has successfully defended departing shareholders and employees from noncompetition and trade secrets claims, as well as cases involving allegations of discrimination and constructive discharge. Carolyn has also successfully defended banks and loan servicers against claims of discriminatory lending practices. After practicing in California for the past several years, she is excited to be a part of a growing firm in her hometown of Lake Oswego.

After graduating magna cum laude and earning her B.A. from the Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Carolyn attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where she received her J.D.  She is admitted into the California State Bar, 2008; Washington State Bar, 2014; and Oregon State Bar, 2015. When she is not in the office, Carolyn enjoys swimming, going on hikes, and skiing.
