PERK provides employers with all the basic employment law tools and preventive advice they will likely need over a year's time, at a fixed and affordable price — and with the protection of the attorney-client privilege.

We have noted a sharp increase in employment-related lawsuits filed. Now, more than ever, you should proactively manage your difficult employment issues to prevent problems down the road — problems that can be extremely costly to your organization.
