Shauna has been in the legal field for 21 years. She joined Jordan Ramis PC in June 2009. Shauna works with the firm's business attorneys to assist companies with a range of corporate formalities, from formation and qualification of the companies, documenting meeting minutes, and maintaining company records to filing annual filings and licensing. She also is responsible for assisting attorneys with estate planning, guardianships/conservatorships, and trust administrations.

Shauna also has experience in other areas of law, including conducting due diligence for business transactions and maintaining closing books; conducting UCC searches and preparing and filing UCC financing statements; assisting with trademark research and the preparation and filing of state and federal trademark registrations, which includes trademark maintenance and the preparation and filing of deeds.
