Ted Naemura is a 1990 graduate of Tufts University, where he received his B.A. in classics and political science. In 1995, Ted received his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and became a member of the Oregon State Bar that year.
Before joining Jordan Ramis, Ted served more than nine years as an assistant city attorney for the City of Beaverton. He advised city employees and officials in matters of land use and planning, police department functions, public records and public meetings.
Ted has represented public and private clients before the Land Use Board of Appeals, the Circuit Courts of Oregon, the Beaverton Municipal Court, and various local governments. He has also served as an adjunct instructor in the Paralegal program at Pioneer Pacific College in Clackamas, Oregon.
Ted's experience includes:

- Representation of government bodies and employees in civil litigation
- Drafting insurance coverage opinions
- Criminal prosecution and defense
- Preparing and analyzing land use appeal briefs
At Jordan Ramis, Ted assists attorneys with the analysis and preparation of municipal documents such as resolutions, ordinances, and agreements. Ted's experience also helps him analyze a wide range of other documents, from engineering reports to trial papers.
