Jordan Ramis PC Shareholder Elected to OADC Board of Directors

Vancouver, WA… Jordan Ramis PC is pleased to announce that attorney John R. Bachofner has been elected to the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel's ("OADC") Board of Directors. John will serve a three-year term effective January 1, 2012.

The OADC is a nonprofit organization for defense-oriented civil litigators who have been providing a unified voice for defense concerns in Oregon, offering networking opportunities, and sponsoring continuing legal education for over 43 years. John has been actively involved in the OADC for most of his practice.

John's practice focuses on litigation, as well as on insurance coverage, product liability, general business, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights issues. He has represented individuals and organizations in a variety of arbitration forums, agency hearings, and state and federal courts.

John earned his B.A. from Pacific Lutheran University. He earned his J.D. at the University of Puget Sound's School of Law, cum laude. In addition to the OADC, John is a member of the Oregon and Washington State Bar Associations, the Multnomah and Clark County Bar Associations, and the Oregon Council on Court Procedures.
