About

Kristin is an Associate Attorney in Jordan Ramis PC’s land use and real estate practice group. Prior to her time at Jordan Ramis, Kristin worked as a Senior Land Use Planner, Land Use Paralegal, and attorney in private practice. As an attorney, she has represented a variety of business entities regarding permitting and governmental compliance issues. She has also provided representation to private landowners, residential and commercial landlords, and has experience with purchase and sale negotiations and drafting.
 
Kristin was a member of the Mason County Bar Association and served as Vice President. She also served as Chairperson for the Mason County Law Library Board of Trustees. Kristin attended Baylor University and the University of Washington, receiving her B.A. in Community and Environmental Planning. She also attended Skagit Valley College, where she obtained her A.T.A. Paralegal, and returned to the University of Washington to attend law school where she received her J.D. in 2008.
 
Kristin focuses her practice on land use and litigation, including mediation, arbitration, civil litigation, settlement negotiations, and case management through trial and appeal. Outside of the office, you’ll find Kristin enjoying family activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, and exploring the Long Beach Peninsula.
