His interests include downtown development, community design, civic engagement, and exploring how emerging technologies impact communities. Where others see a roadblock , Chris embraces such challenges as the start to finding innovative strategies and unconventional solutions to development complexities.
As a land use planner at Jordan Ramis, Chris assists attorneys and clients with various land use, real estate, and environmental development matters. As a senior planner and then Community Development Director with the City of Troutdale, Chris worked with city departments and agencies providing planning-related services through land use applications and long-range planning efforts.
