OVERVIEW
Kelly Burgess is a paralegal with 18 years of experience. As a paralegal at Jordan Ramis, she works on land use issues including applications and LUBA appeals from both the municipal and private sector sides. For the municipal practice group, Kelly assists with drafting legal documents including resolutions, ordinances, and agreements. On the private sector side, Kelly assists with developing and filing land use applications, and researching case law history.
Prior to Jordan Ramis, Kelly worked for the Oregon State Land Use Board of Appeals, which has given her extensive experience in land use appeals and appellate procedures. In 2017, she was nominated by the LUBA board and selected as a Public Service Ambassador due to her excellent service to the citizens of Oregon.
With a knack for problem solving, Kelly delivers high-quality work with superior customer service both internally and externally.
In her spare time, Kelly is an avid runner, and she enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.
