OVERVIEW
Kelly Hickok is an attorney in Jordan Ramis’s Land Use practice group, advising clients on complex land use and development matters. Based at the firm’s Portland office, Kelly supports property owners, developers, and businesses as they navigate local, regional, and state land-use regulations.
Kelly’s practice focuses on helping clients move projects forward efficiently while addressing zoning, permitting, and regulatory challenges. She approaches land-use matters with a detail-oriented, practical mindset, aligning legal strategy with her clients’ development goals and timelines. Kelly values clear communication and collaboration, ensuring clients understand both the process and their options at each stage.
Prior to joining Jordan Ramis, Kelly served as an Assistant City Attorney, representing the Cities of Camas and White Salmon. In this role, she advised municipal clients on land use, development, and regulatory matters, providing her with valuable insight into the public-sector perspective and the inner workings of local government decision-making.
