As a senior corporate business paralegal at Jordan Ramis, Dawna works with our attorneys assisting clients on a broad spectrum of corporate, business, and real estate matters. She is experienced in business entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, dissolutions, foreign entity registrations, real estate and loan transactions, asset and stock sales, and estate planning. Dawna enjoys being hands-on with clients and assisting them with formation and on-going corporate matters. She is a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team and enjoys sharing her over 40 years of legal experience with both clients and colleagues at Jordan Ramis PC. She is a member of the Oregon Paralegal Association and has been a panelist and speaker on corporate governance matters.
Dawna graduated from Orange Coast College in California with an AA degree in liberal studies with a certification in Early Childhood Education. She is an active member of the Oregon Paralegal Association and has been a presenter and panelist for Practising Law Institute on the topic of corporate governance. Her volunteer opportunities include SMART (Start Making a Reader Today) and Leach Botanical Garden.
