Robert Koury joins Jordan Ramis effective Wednesday, January 15, 2014 as a shareholder and chair of its real estate practice. Robert addresses the full range of real estate matters, including transactional, financing, leasing, and development. He successfully guides his clients through acquisition, construction, leasing, financing, refinancing, and the restructuring of loans. His clients, including commercial, retail, industrial, and residential developers, come from all corners of the real estate world.
Robert earned his B.A. from the University of Southern California and both his J.D. and M.B.A. from Willamette University. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Oregon State Bar, and the International Council of Shopping Centers, and serves as a board member for the Oregon Children's Theater.
