Jordan Ramis Welcomes Former Treasury and Interior Department Official Gregory Zerzan as Shareholder

Jordan Ramis PC is pleased to welcome Gregory Zerzan as a shareholder on the firm’s Banking and Finance, Governmental Relations and Environmental and Natural Resources teams. Zerzan has held senior-level positions in the U.S. Department of Treasury, the U.S. Department of the Interior and as legal counsel to the House committees on Agriculture, Financial Services and Energy & Commerce. In his new role at Jordan Ramis, he will lead an expansion of the firm’s services, advising national and global clients in their interactions with Congress and federal agencies.

Zerzan will advise clients in the financial services, energy, natural resources and technology industries on their relationships with the federal government, including responding to government inquiries and preparing for hearings and appearances before Congress or federal agencies. He has first-hand understanding of the legislative and regulatory processes, the challenges of federal investigations and the role of government oversight. Zerzan also has extensive experience in congressional witness preparation and questioning. He frequently appears as a national media commentator and has published business analysis with The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and the Washington Times.

Zerzan earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Willamette University. He will maintain Jordan Ramis PC’s Washington, D.C. presence, while also working out of the firm’s Lake Oswego and Bend, Oregon offices.
