The panel, entitled “Deference to Administrative Agencies/Demise of the Chevron Doctrine” will be moderated by Paul Simmons and will feature Steve, Meredith Nikkel, Daniel O’Hanlon, and John Bezdek.
The 57th Annual Mid-Pacific Water Users Conference takes place January 29-31st in Reno. The conference is attended by managers, directors, consultants, lawyers, and government agency representatives from districts served by the United States Bureau of Reclamation facilities in California, Nevada, and Oregon.
