Our employees have spoken! Our firm has been awarded the distinction of a 2022 Top Workplaces winner by The Oregonian. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous, 24-question survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization. We’re proud to have fostered a culture that our employees enjoy being a part of.
The Oregonian’s Top Workplaces is in its 11th year and annually invites more than 1,000 companies throughout Oregon and Washington to participate in the survey. Only 134 of those companies were selected this year as Top Workplaces. “Our inclusion as one of the Top Workplaces 2022 is testimony to the culture we’ve worked hard to create,” said Peter Hicks, Chairman of the Board of Jordan Ramis. “We are thrilled to join a group of companies who strive to provide a great work environment for their employees.”
