OVERVIEW
Sarah Einowski helps individuals, families, and charter schools plan for the future with clarity and confidence. With more than a decade of experience practicing law in Oregon, Sarah focuses her practice on estate planning and supporting educational institutions, bringing both technical expertise and a client-centered approach to every matter.
She guides clients through the estate planning process, drafting wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Sarah’s commitment to understanding her clients’ unique goals ensures each document is comprehensive, accessible, and tailored to their specific needs. She also partners with charter schools and nonprofit organizations, advising on governance, compliance, and long-term planning to help them thrive in service to their communities.
While estate planning and charter school advocacy are at the heart of her practice, Sarah also assists clients with select litigation matters. Her “big law” background informs her practical, solutions-focused advocacy. Sarah takes pride in her ability to make complex legal issues understandable, providing her clients with reassurance and confidence.
Sarah’s career has included not only private practice but also deep community engagement. She has worked with students and families at an alternative high school in North Portland, an experience that strengthened her commitment to serving people with empathy and understanding.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys hiking with her partner and their two dogs, George and Quill, as well as climbing at Portland Rock Gym.
