OVERVIEW
Sarah Einowski helps individuals and families create estate plans that provide peace of mind and reflect their unique goals. With more than a decade of experience practicing law in Oregon, Sarah brings both technical expertise and a client-centered approach to her work. She guides clients through every step of the estate planning process: drafting wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, assuring that each document is clear, comprehensive, and tailored to the client’s needs.
In addition to her estate planning practice, Sarah also assists clients with select litigation matters. Her “big law” background informs her practical, solutions-focused advocacy, and she takes pride in explaining complex legal issues in a clear and accessible manner.
Sarah’s career has included not only private practice but also community engagement. She has worked with students and families at an alternative high school in North Portland, helping them navigate challenges outside the classroom, which deepened her commitment to serving people with empathy and understanding.
When she isn’t working with clients, Sarah also enjoys hiking with her partner and their two dogs, George and Quill, and climbing at Portland Rock Gym.
