Jordan Ramis Adds Six to Business, Dirt Law Teams

Jordan Ramis PC, Attorneys at Law, is pleased to announce the addition of six new team members to the growing firm.  “This type of growth is very exciting for our company,” said managing shareholder Chris Reive.  

 

Jordan Ramis’s new hires include shareholders David H. Bowser and Matthew D. Lowe, and associate D. Adam Anderson.  Paralegals Jeanelle Setzer and Marie Christie have also joined the firm, along with Legal Assistant Patricia Repp.  

 

Business law attorney Matthew D. Lowe joined the firm June 1, 2015, as a shareholder.  Formerly a partner at O’Donnell Clark & Crew LLP, Lowe has 15 years of experience and focuses his practice on non-profits and small businesses, concentrating on a unique niche in public charter schools as well as hotels, motels, vacation rental companies, and restaurants.  Lowe is a Board Member at Pacific University.  He earned his B.A. from Villanova University and his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.  Also joining from O’Donnell Clark & Crew LLP are business and litigation associate Adam Anderson and Paralegal Marie Christie.  Anderson earned his B.A. from University of Oregon, where he graduated cum laude, his M.L.I.S. from University of Maryland – College Park, and his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School.  Anderson focuses on business and commercial litigation, estate planning, and public charter school law.  Christie has nearly 10 years of experience in business and corporate law, real estate law, and extensive work in the field of charter schools.

 

Construction attorney David H. Bowser joined the firm June 1, 2015, as a shareholder.  Formerly a shareholder with Yazbeck, Cloran & Bowser, PC, Bowser focuses his practice in all areas of construction law, including contracting, counseling, and litigation.  Bowser is a recipient of the Oregon Department of Justice Outstanding Service Award. Bowser earned his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Paralegal Jeanelle Setzer was previously a senior litigation paralegal for a prominent Portland litigation boutique and has 20 years of experience, with particular expertise in litigation technology (with focused experience managing e-discovery matters); large-scale document production; management of evidence and documents for trials, hearings, and arbitrations; in-courtroom trial support; and appellate filings.  Patricia Repp has more than 20 years of combined experience in Oregon private practice and with the Washington Attorney General’s office.
