Jordan Ramis PC Welcomes Noted Land Use Attorney

Vancouver, WA… Jordan Ramis PC is pleased to announce the addition of noted land use attorney James D. Howsley to the firm's Dirt Law® practice group.

Jamie joins Jordan Ramis PC's Vancouver office as a shareholder. He has extensive experience in land use approval and permitting, annexations, code amendments, development agreements, legislation, ballots, and lobbying. His primary areas of practice include land use and real estate development, environmental and natural resources, and government and regulatory affairs.

In addition to his law practice, Jamie has an active role in the Vancouver Rotary Club and serves as a board member for Columbia River Mental Health Services. He enjoys spending his free time taking in Mt. Hood's many amenities while at his family's cabin. He is also an avid whitewater rafter and regular patron of Portland's many restaurants and music venues.

Jamie earned his B.A. from the University of San Diego, where he studied history and political science. He earned his M.A. in political science from American University and his J.D. at Willamette University's College of Law. Jamie is a member of the American Planning Association, Southwest Washington Contractors Association, American Bar Association, Oregon and Washington State Bar Associations, and the Clark County Bar Association. He is also the Government Affairs Director for the Building Industry Association of Clark County.
