BPA Reinforcement Preferred Alignment

The Bonneville Power Administration (“BPA”) announced their preferred alignment for the I-5 Reinforcement project today.  The site contains a map along with other critical documents regarding the selection of this route.  The BPA evaluated several alternatives and selected the central alternative that crosses the middle of Clark County through the rural center of Hockinson before eventually crossing to Troutdale, Oregon, at Camas.  The Draft Environmental Impact Statement will remain open for public comment from now until March 1, 2013, to discuss the selection of this preferred alternative.
