So I just watched Moneyball again this past week, and it always reminds me of my love for statistics. I think it goes back to all those years of collecting baseball cards and memorizing the batting averages of my heroes, Wade Boggs and Ken Griffey Jr.
But housing is another interesting area in statistics for me. Here is an interesting article in the Wall Street Journal describing housing supply and demand in very good terms. Builders failed to deliver a lot of homes to market and so prices keep rising.
