At the Oregon Infrastructure Summit, presented by NEBC, September 28, 2023, panelists, moderated by Jordan Ramis Attorney David Rabbino, discussed regional and statewide pre-disaster planning projects for infrastructure related to a Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake. Projects include updates to the regional emergency transportation routes, planning for emergency drinking water, and statewide emergency response island determination.
