LAKE OSWEGO, OREGON – (October 1, 2021) – Jordan Ramis PC is pleased to announce Matthew Kahl has been elected to join the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors. Kahl has been involved with the Chamber since 2019, most recently completing the Chamber’s Leadership Lake Oswego program and currently serving as Chair of the Government Affairs Committee. He will serve as a Board Member beginning October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2024.
Kahl has over 15 years of experience and focuses his practice on business law, real estate law, and municipal law, providing guidance to clients across multiple industry areas including financial services, commercial real estate, construction, charter schools, and local government. In his new role with the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce, Kahl brings an insightful perspective using his legal knowledge combined with his respectful, genuine, and equanimous approach in his work ethic; traits which he recently polished during his participation in the Leadership Lake Oswego Program.
“I’m looking forward to working with other local business leaders to support the business community while creating new or strengthening existing personal and professional relationships with community members along the way,” says Kahl. “The Chamber does so much within the Lake Oswego community and has really stepped up during this past year and a half to provide guidance and assistance to businesses as we all manage through the pandemic and I am extremely proud to be able to contribute.”
In addition, Kahl is involved with the Anti-Defamation League serving as vice-chair for the Pacific Northwest region and is co-chair of Jordan Ramis’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
