Jordan Ramis PC Attorney Elected to WSBA Creditor-Debtor Section Executive Committee

Vancouver, WA… Jordan Ramis PC attorney Russell Garrett was recently elected to the Washington State Bar Association's ("WSBA") Creditor-Debtor Section Executive Committee. He will represent the Southern Division/Western District No.7 during the two-year term.

The WSBA Creditor-Debtor Section represents Washington state attorneys who represent individuals and businesses that are debtors, debtors-in-possession, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, receivers, trustees, asset purchasers, and examiners in all facets of creditor-debtor law.

Russ is a bankruptcy lawyer with more than 23 years of experience handling bankruptcy and creditors' rights, commercial litigation, real estate, and general business. He recently joined Jordan Ramis PC as a shareholder.

Russ earned his B.A. from the University of Oregon. He earned his J.D. at Willamette University's College of Law. In addition, Russ has previously served on the WSBA Debtor-Creditor Section Executive Committee, as well as the Oregon State Bar ("OSB") Debtor-Creditor Section. He has also served as a delegate to the OSB House of Delegates since its inception.
