Jordan Ramis PC Shareholder Elected Chair to OSB Constitutional Law Section

Portland, OR… Jordan Ramis PC is pleased to announce that attorney Edward H. Trompke has been elected Chair of the Oregon State Bar’s (“OSB”) Constitutional Law Section. Ed will serve a one-year term effective January 1, 2012.

The OSB’s Constitutional Law Section provides educational opportunities to lawyers and the public about state and federal constitutional issues, both current and historical.

Ed’s law practice focuses on serving businesses and business owners in all aspects of business, from the startup of new companies to hiring and retaining qualified employees, acquiring other companies, and selling the business and distributing the net proceeds to shareholders in liquidation. Ed also has extensive experience in government regulation, real estate and development law, and securities.

Ed earned his B.S. from Portland State University. He earned his J.D. at Lewis and Clark College’s Northwestern School of Law. Ed is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association, the Multnomah and Clackamas County Bar Associations, the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland, and the Westside Economic Alliance.
