OVERVIEW
Mark Eves has been practicing law for over 46 years, focusing on business, real estate transactions, and estate planning. A significant part of his business and real estate practice involves purchase, sale, and lease transactions. In addition, his practice has included the creation and maintenance of hundreds of profit and nonprofit entities.
Approaching every matter with a client-centric mentality, Mark identifies innovative and creative solutions for his clients that are tailored to their specific needs. He combines his deep experience with being responsive and thorough to guide his clients through every step of their legal matters.
In addition to his law practice, Mark volunteers significant amounts of time to nonprofit organizations such as The Salvation Army. He currently sits on the board of directors of several nonprofit organizations and is also engaged in extensive amounts of research and writing in the field of theoretical physics. Outside of working and being involved in the community, Mark enjoys spending time at the coast with his family.
